Young adulthood is one of the more exciting, yet nerve-wrecking times in one's life. It marks many new beginnings-- moving away from your parents for school or work, beginning of a career and professional identity, developing intimate relationships, just to name a few. Yet this period bears many challenges as well. Many young adults struggle with issues such as stress management, adjustment to living independently, starting and maintaining meaningful romantic relationship, dealing with competitions at work, and more generally, developing one's own voice, feeling comfortable in their skin, with their thoughts, feelings, and needs.

Through therapy, many young adults begin to discover their identity as well as emotional and relational needs that were left unmet from their upbringing. As your therapist, I work with young adults like you to further understand your unique circumstances that shaped you to become the person you are now. And, more importantly, to help you become more comfortable in your own skin and find you unique voice.
